To start, we conduct an on-site assessment to understand your space better. We evaluate and measure your bathroom, discuss your ideas and wants, and develop a design that aligns with your goals and needs, paired with our recommendations. Based on this, we will provide you with an estimate that outlines the expected costs associated with the proposed design, products and materials, while taking into account your priorities, specifications, and financial plan.

Showroom Consultation

We offer a comprehensive product and design consultation at our showroom, where you can explore a wide range of options and finishes that we provide. You will be co-ordinating with one of our highly qualified interior designers with extensive product knowledge, to select high-quality fittings, timeless colour-schemes and customized layouts with a focus on both functionality and practicality, as well as visual appeal.

Concept Development

We continue to collaborate along-side you, working on your bathroom concept designs and plans. We involve you in every step of the process, from the initial proposal to the final design concept, ensuring that we meet your expectations. After the final design concept is approved, we provide you with a detailed quote that outlines the costs of labour, materials, and products based on our discussions to date.

Management

Once construction work begins, our project managers will oversee the entire renovation project from start to finish, ensuring every detail is taken care of with exceptional attention. They will work with our team of qualified tradesmen who are experts in their respective fields, ensuring that the project is completed, and deadlines are met with utmost care.

Completion

After the completion of your project, we continue to stay in touch and remain available to address any questions you may have or assist you with any additional requirements. Additionally, we provide a 10-year workmanship warranty, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
